1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Apasaja Flipbook Studio (the "service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and media you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display your content so we can provide the service (for example, generating page images and thumbnails, and serving public flipbooks you choose to share).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to publish. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass quotas or security controls, or use the service to distribute malware. Uploads that fail our security scan are rejected.

5. Plans and quotas

Accounts are subject to plan limits such as the number of flipbooks and storage. We may enforce these limits, and reasonable rate limits, to keep the service reliable for everyone.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apasaja Flipbook Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
